We just went under contract on a house in Brentwood with Darsh. Darsh did a phenomenal job in helping us be creative and all the possibilities it had to offer. Darsh is very knowledgeable about zoning, development, and how to add value. We were in a multiple offers situation, but he was able to deliver and get us the property by working with the listing agent and making changes to the contract that was cleaner for the seller, and in return, we are getting a great property. Darsh is an excellent realtor, he is hard working, diligent, and gets the work done. I highly recommend him to represent anyone, it was an exceptional experience.
